The following outlines the refund and cancellation policy for services provided by The Barber House, Oxford. This applies to in-person grooming appointments only.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments are made at the time of service, either in person or via approved online platforms.

  • Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed, unless there is a clear issue with the service outcome.

  • If you're unhappy with the result, please speak to us immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

This helps ensure fairness to both our team and clients, while keeping our booking system running smoothly.
