The following outlines the refund and cancellation policy for services provided by The Barber House, Oxford. This applies to in-person grooming appointments only.
Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are made at the time of service, either in person or via approved online platforms.

Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed, unless there is a clear issue with the service outcome.

If you're unhappy with the result, please speak to us immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
This helps ensure fairness to both our team and clients, while keeping our booking system running smoothly.
